presence

Such a relief to feel God's presence once again. It was during yesterday's decentralized service. God opened my heart & filled His love all over me. I didn't want it to be a 'one time event'. I decided to instill discipline & make a purposeful effort to seek God every single time. I want to hear from God & soak myself in His presence, be it during work or at home.

And true enough, God really touched me during my own quiet time earlier. I do not want to take Your presence for granted. It's just so awesome...

most watched TVB drama

This is like the 6th time that I have watched this entire drama. I love this so much. Of course, it's also partly because of Steven Ma & Charmaine Sheh. I'm glued to any drama serial that Steven Ma is in, a die-hard fan. Oh gosh, I sound so 'auntie' now.

The drama centers around a restaurant that is owned by four generations of women...

First generation: 1880 - 1905
Second generation: 1919 - 1925
Third generation: 1967 - 1982
Fourth generation: 2003 - 2006 (I love this generation the best)

"Dai Sze-Ka (Charmaine Sheh), Wai-Jan and Lap-Yan's daughter. She is hard-working and independent, and believes that only fools get married. Though she has had many boyfriends, one thing remains in common with all of them - they always go missing before New Year's and then break up with her soon after. Meanwhile, Fong Ka-On (Joe Ma), a successful accountant, is stood up at the altar by his fiancee. The two of them spend New Year's Eve together and had a one night stand. However, they fell in love and eventually moved in together, but due to their differences and several misunderstandings, broke up again. Sze-Ka eventually gave birth to a baby boy, but did not have a chance to tell Ka-On during her pregnancy, and decided to raise the child herself with the help of her friend Sheung Yat-Gut (Sammul Chan). Sze-Ka reopens the restaurant that her great-great-grandmother opened and became famous due to her cooking books and Ka-On tries to marry her again..."

leonard & annabelle

Leonard has grown so much. From the chubby baby to a cute intelligent small boy now. With the arrival of baby Annabelle, Leonard has just got promoted to 'big brother' to her =)

*will be posting baby Annabelle's pictures soon...

people need to live like this...

Work like you don't need the money.
Love like you've never been hurt.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Sing like nobody's listening.
Live like it's Heaven on Earth.

new addition

Kingz is our NEW addition to our lovely home... He is so loved by every single one of us in the family. My nephew, Leonard, loves him to bits. Grandpa & Nana as well... I just felt it's been so therupatic to have Kingz, especially after a long day at work.

broad or narrow way

It seems like all this while, I've been doing the wrong sets of workout in the gym. I should be more focused. Instead of going onto so many machines during the 2 hour stay in the gym, I should commit one whole hour on just running on the threadmill or the cross-trainer.

The best exercise is swim, cycle & run.

I will start all over again.

I started by running and cycling today. I felt really great after workout. The boyfriend was just too happy lifting those weights :)

motivation is what gets you started but habit is what keeps you going

What an awesome way to spend a lazy Sunday? Invited Agnes over to join the boyfriend and myself at One George Street;) The best part was the aquafit... goodness!!! My virgin lesson and I fell in love with this immediately. Quality and fulfilling time spent together indeed.

For the past 2 weeks, our end of the day reigme has been to the gym. Feel really refreshed at the end of every workout.
